The Clean Capital Champagnebox Event – 6th July
You are invited to The Clean Capital Champagnebox Event, to be held on the 6th July 2009 from 6pm. These investment pitching and networking events are held on the first Monday of every month at the Chopper Lump wine bar near Oxford Circus in London. Fundraising companies are given an opportunity to make an informal 3 minute pitch to the networking attendees, which always include a number of institutional investors.
Clean Capital is a cleantech focused Corporate Finance Advisory boutique, based in
London, which advises on financing, investment readiness, recovery and financial
restructuring. Clean Capital hosts the premier regular networking event for the cleantech industry. This is an exclusive invitation only event. The event is attended by investors, experts
and companies some of which pitch informally at the event.
The doors open for networking at 6pm on the first Monday of each month, and the next event will be held on 6th July. The event takes place at the Chopper Lump wine bar, in Hanover Square, Mayfair, just a 2 minute walk from Oxford Circus. The Champagnebox pitches start at 7pm. Typically this begins with a ‘success story’, followed by five or six short (3 minute) pitches from cleantech companies who are seeking investment.
The Clean Capital Champagnebox Event is increasingly popular, and last month attracted almost 100 attendees. Attendance is composed of about one third companies, one third investors and one third experts. Attendees need to register by the end of business of the Wednesday prior to the event, and fundraising companies can sign up to do a pitch at the same time as registering to attend.
